The Learning Journey

Basic Program

  • 5 hours virtual training – modules include formula for presentation success, virtual presentation tips, effective chart creation, authentic presence qualities, non-verbal communication, tailoring your message to your audience, etc.  


Applying the Learning

  • 45-minutes of virtual coaching
  • 3-hour virtual workshop, where virtual presentations will be video-taped providing real-time peer and expert feedback
  • Video review with an IOL expert to measure progress against initial benchmark

Participants attend Virtual Training  Pre-work (submit 5-minute benchmark presentation video) Participants attend virtual workshop to be recorded delivering their presentations and receive peer and expert feedback    Video Review with an IOL expert to receive detailed feedback comparing benchmark and workshop presentation
